Litigation 
Our Litigation Group represents individuals and business entities in state and federal court and before administrative agencies, at trial, arbitration, mediation and in negotiations, in a variety of practice areas (see practice areas), including employment law, commercial law, privacy law and entertainment law. We are admitted to practice in Illinois state courts and in numerous federal courts throughout the country.

Transactional and Corporate Law
Our Transactional Group provides a wide array of services to our clients, including formation and structuring of new ventures, assistance in corporate acquisitions and mergers, advice regarding entity restructuring, counseling entrepreneurs in exit strategy, succession and financial planning issues, completing sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, and contractual negotiations of various types.    Our Transactional Group clients include enterprises and entrepreneurs across the economy, but particularly among software developers, consultants and other IT-related enterprises, numerous other law firms, medical practices, other service providers, manufacturers, retailers and larger not-for-profit organizations.
